Confirmation: After we confirm your booking you will receive a booking confirmation voucher. The voucher is your reference, which you may print out and bring with you.
Payment: Payment upon arrival can be made in cash (EGP, Euro or Dollars), or by Visa Card, Master Card or Diners Club.
As much as we regret, a 3% surcharge is added to the total for credit card payments.
Cancellations: Please note that a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay applies for non arrivals and cancellations which are made later than one day before arrival.
